1. Go to the home page and click on “ORDER FORM” located at the top left hand corner.
2. Enter your details, code and quantity of the item you wish to purchase and preferred postage.
3. Click “submit” (Upon submission, you will be redirected to our homepage). We will send you a confirmation email within 48 hrs with the payment details. In the event that a confirmation is not received, please contact us at fashionfrequency@gmail.com.
4. After receiving our confirmation email (subject to availability of stock), please proceed to make payment via bank transfer within 48 hrs.
5. Email us to inform us that payment has been made and we will then process your order. Please include your order number, date of transfer and amount transferred. We will not extend our reservation period; therefore, in the event that payment is not received within 48 hrs from our confirmation of your order, the item will be given to the next interested party.
6. Check your email as we will inform you when your order has been posted out.
