Terms and Conditions
All prices stipulated are in SGD unless otherwise stated.
We operate on a first-come-first-served basis; therefore all merchandise is subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock items.
Upon submission of your order we will send you a confirmation email to verify product availability and the payment details within 48 hours. Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully credited to our bank account. Once an order is processed, no cancellation or amendment is permitted. Receipt of payment should be retained for verification purposes. We will not be liable for any claims if you are unable to produce proof of payment.
Customers are responsible to notify us of any change of address. We will not be held responsible for any undelivered/returned goods and/or any charges incurred.
By placing an order with Fashion Frequency; customers are bound to comply with our Terms & Conditions.
Exchange Policy
The colour of the actual product might differ slightly from the photographs on our site due to varying monitor displays. No refund or exchange is allowed in the case of such colour differences. Please note that all measurements are taken before stretching where applicable. The dresses we import are labelled free-size, however we indicate the size that it best fits. We therefore do not provide refunds for items that are too big or too small.
Only merchandise that is defective beyond repair may be exchanged (or refunded for out-of-stock items). Please e-mail us details of the defect and have the item returned to us within five days upon receipt, in its original condition and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item does not reach us within the stipulated timeframe. The delivery cost of returning the item is to be borne by you.
Items that have been used are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Privacy Policy
We do not give out any personal information obtained by us and we take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our e-boutique.

All rights are owned by Fashion Frequency. Any use of its contents or its photographs, including copying them in whole or part, using the photographs to re-sell the items on your personal blogs, website or auction sites, is prohibited without the permission of Fashion Frequency.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at our absolute discretion, without prior notice.
